EFF2027 – 6th International Conference on Engineering Future Food
The 6th International Conference on Engineering Future Food (EFF2027) will take place from 14–16 July 2027 in Bozen-Bolzano, Italy. The conference will bring together leading researchers, industry professionals, and policymakers to discuss the latest advances in food engineering and sustainable food systems. Organized by the AIDIC Food Engineering Working Group, EFF2027 will foster collaboration across academia, industry, and institutions to address global food challenges through innovative engineering solutions.
