The Meeting will focus on new organic and hybrid materials (conjugated oligomers and polymers, molecular materials, transition metal complexes, organic-based supramolecular architectures) for applications ranging from optoelectronics to biology.
In particular the second edition of Futurmat will cover:
- Organic optoelectronic materials for solar energy exploitation,
with a special emphasis on new generation organic and hybrid
photovoltaics
- Electroluminescence, with a special focus on low energy consumption lighting
- Organic electronics
- Organic and hybrid nanostructured materials for bio-medical applications and sensing
Synthesis of materials, characterization, applications and technological
impact will be covered by plenary, invited and contributed talks given
by prominent scientists from academia and industry.
